LOGOS Iron Craftsman Grill Pan 16 Lid Plate
This authentic iron lid can be flipped over for griddle cooking or oven cooking. Dutch oven cooking is possible by setting it on the "LOGOS Tetsu no Shokunin Grill Pan 16" (sold separately). The LOGOS Tetsu no Shokunin series is made in Japan with a special spatula-drawing process. The "LOGOS Tetsu no Shokunin" handle (sold separately) is required to use this product. Made in Japan ★No seasoning required ★Oven safe
The spatula-drawing process is a process in which an iron plate is painstakingly drawn and formed with a spatula. The color deepens and the sense of solidity increases as it is used, and it can be used in the same way as if it were being nurtured.
While taking advantage of the characteristics of iron, which has high heat storage capacity, the thickness is reduced by spatula drawing to achieve light weight. It cooks efficiently at high temperatures and does not cool down easily, resulting in a delicious taste.
Dutch oven cooking can be performed by setting it on the "Iron Craftsman Grill Pan-16" (sold separately). The range of cooking methods can be expanded by placing charcoal on top of the lid and heating up and down.
It can be turned over and used as a frying pan or oven dish. You can enjoy griddle cooking and oven cooking.
